Oh Yesh! I am the Lamb Chop King!!

This is SO GREAT! I finally made a lamb chop that feels at least close to a restaurant standard... after a huge series of trial and error. Now I feel like the top chef of the world HAHAHA!

My source of meat. LOL NO! I am just kidding!! Isn't he cute. This is my puppy Skip and he just went through a very unlucky incident and got he X cut off. aww...


The Chops are now seasoned by a bunch of random powders and liquid. I won't list it out because the name are really long LOL.

On the plate with union sauce. The sauce kinda suck but the lamb was awesome!

Oh yea btw I am back to Australia now, Hong Kong is awesome but I am just too lazy to post all the things up. ;]
