If you are lacking sleep and you need to do something real important. Try 20 min sleep. Did that just now for my exam preparation. Woke up as a crazy energized studying machine. They say getting into dream state during that 20 minutes will help out a lot and they are right. 20 minute sleep is amazing! I woke up and take some bite of chocolate and I am full on ready to go!
